Developer unveils new Paranaque Condo Project

Alpina Heights Properties Corp., one of the fastest growing developers in the Philippines, has recently unveiled its second tower in Paranaque City.

AHPC set itself apart from other developers as its unit are pre-furnished with appliances that allow its residents to immediately feel at home.
“All units come pre-furnished with a split-type inverter air conditioning unit, induction stove, refrigerator and shower heater. Its power-saving appliances will certainly help conserve energy and lessen electricity consumption, for its residents.” Caligner said.
AHPC teamed up with Santos Knight Frank for the property management of Alpina Heights.
